Erron Harris

Erron Harris lives to electrify people's gifts & talents in connection with their life in Jesus. Born and raised in South Los Angeles, Erron fell in love with the Church at a young age and its ability to rebuild the city. Out of high school, he helped start a church plant in his neighborhood and began a life of vocational ministry, intertwined with the World Impact Teen Center starting in 2013. He served as the Associate Director of Programming at the Teen Center under mentors before becoming the Executive Director three years later. The Teen Center exists to empower students, parents, and its volunteers for a thriving life in Christ. Erron loves working with his Teen Center team for the holistic advancement of God's Kingdom in the city. He and his wife, Lorraina, and their two children, Emma and Maggie, live in south Los Angeles. He is an Urban Youth Workers 90º Program graduate and is completing his BA in sociology. 


Lorraina has served on the Teen Center team off and on for eight years, when she’s also not serving as the Los Angeles Christian Middle School Bible Teacher, Spiritual Life Coordinator, or full-time mother of two children! She also served as a church planter in the Pueblo Housing Projects from 2012-2015. Born and raised in Oregon, she joined staff with World Impact in 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education from Biola University. She and Erron married in November of 2015.

Bryan was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, and has an amazing family with both parents and two sisters. He recently married Erica Meyer (11.11.17), and they are settling into life as newlyweds. He graduated from Greenville College with majors in Social Work, Mathematics, and Computer Science. He joined World Impact staff in January of 1996, and has since taught in the schools, been a youth minister, a TUMI facilitator, a church planter, and a media producer for WI-LA. He developed and directs the Young Entrepreneur's Program for the Teen Center, as well as serving on the Teen Center Ministry Team and as the Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships.
